Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Flirtly Android application, package name com.flirtly.app. Flirtly is a private planning and reflection tool. It does not provide matchmaking, public profiles, messaging, contact discovery, or location-based discovery.

Information stored on your device

You may choose to enter personal information into Flirtly. This information is saved only in the app’s private storage on your device and is not collected or received by us.

• Your onboarding and adult-age confirmation.
• Connection names, how you met, relationship status, next steps, and private notes.
• Date-plan titles, names, dates, times, places, plan details, and completion status.
• Journal titles, selected moods, reflections, and creation times.

Information not collected automatically

Flirtly does not automatically collect or receive:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details.
• Contacts, precise or approximate location, photos, or media.
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or usage analytics.
• Crash reports, diagnostics, browsing history, or search history.
• Payment, subscription, financial, or purchase information.
• Camera, microphone, biometric, health, or identity-document data.

The app does not request Internet access and contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

If you voluntarily use the child-safety reporting action, Flirtly opens your chosen email application with a prepared message. Flirtly does not send anything automatically. If you choose to send the message, the developer receives the sender address, message, and standard email metadata solely to review the safety concern, take appropriate action, and comply with applicable law.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Entries are stored in Android app-private local storage. Flirtly excludes this data from Android cloud backup and device transfer. Data remains on your device until you delete an individual item, choose Delete all local data, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.

Because we do not receive your entries, we cannot view, recover, export, or delete them remotely.

Sharing, selling, and transfers

We do not sell, rent, share, disclose, or transmit app data to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties. Flirtly has no server-side account or database and does not transfer app entries between devices.

Device permissions

Flirtly does not request runtime access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, files, notifications, phone state, calendar, or other sensitive device capabilities.

Security

Flirtly relies on Android’s app sandbox to keep local app data separate from other applications. You are responsible for protecting access to your device with an appropriate screen lock and operating-system security updates. No storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Third-party services

The Flirtly app does not integrate advertising, analytics, social-login, payment, or cloud-storage services.

Child-safety actions may open your email application, the PHAROS reporting website, or your phone dialer. These external services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Flirtly does not send information to them automatically.

This policy website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the website, Cloudflare may process standard technical request information needed to deliver the page under Cloudflare’s own privacy practices. We do not place analytics, tracking scripts, or cookies on this website.

Age requirement and child safety

Flirtly is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app has no communication service and does not host public user-generated content.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation are strictly prohibited. Read the Flirtly Child Safety Standards for reporting instructions and our response process.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Flirtly or applicable requirements. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes that affect the app will also be reflected in an app update where appropriate.
