Zero tolerance

Child safety is non-negotiable.

Motocul, the developer of Flirtly, strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation and maintains a clear process for reporting concerns and escalating them to the appropriate authorities.

Effective July 27, 2026 Last updated July 27, 2026
01

Adults only

Flirtly is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over.

02

No social features

No profiles, chat, uploads, public content, or stranger discovery.

03

Direct reporting

A child-safety reporting action is available inside the app.

04

Authority escalation

Confirmed concerns are referred to the appropriate authorities.

01

Scope and commitment

These standards apply to the Flirtly Android application, package name com.flirtly.app, published by Motocul and operated by TEAM MOTOCULTURE. Flirtly is a private, offline date-planning and reflection tool for adults. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

02

Prohibited conduct and content

Flirtly must never be used to create, record, promote, facilitate, solicit, or normalize child sexual abuse and exploitation, including:

  • Child sexual abuse material or links to such material.
  • Grooming, sextortion, or sexualization of a minor.
  • Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
  • Instructions, threats, or communications that facilitate abuse or exploitation of a child.
03

Product protections

Flirtly requires an adult-age confirmation during onboarding. The app has no accounts, public profiles, messaging, social feed, media upload, contact discovery, or location-based discovery. It does not host user content on a developer server, and local entries remain in Android app-private storage.

04

Report a child-safety concern

In Flirtly, open Privacy and Safety and choose Report a child safety concern. This opens a prepared email to our designated child-safety contact. You may also contact ojusawigudi607@gmail.com.

Never attach, forward, download, copy, or reproduce suspected child sexual abuse material. Describe the concern and provide only the service, URL, or location where it was observed.

05

Review and response process

Our designated contact reviews child-safety reports, assesses immediate risk, documents only the minimum information needed, and takes action within our control. Because Flirtly does not host accounts or public content, there may be no server-side content to remove or account to suspend.

When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent or confirmed child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we act in accordance with applicable law, notify the relevant authority, cooperate with lawful requests, and avoid further distribution of the material.

06

Authorities and urgent danger

Reports involving illegal online content in France may be sent to the official PHAROS reporting service. In the United States, reports may be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children CyberTipline. Other cases are referred to the relevant regional or national authority.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In France and the European Union, call 112; in France, police or gendarmerie can also be reached at 17.

07

Handling report information

Child-safety report information is used only to review the concern, protect people, take appropriate action, and comply with legal obligations. It is not sold, used for advertising, or added to a user profile. We limit access and retain only information reasonably necessary for safety, documentation, or legal compliance.
